Who can open an account

An account is opened, managed and paid for by an adult: a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18. Children use KidseAI through child profiles inside that account, never with an account of their own.

You are responsible for the account and its parent PIN, and for how the children in your household use the service.

What KidseAI is

KidseAI shows children expert-selected educational videos, pauses them to ask spoken questions, marks the answers with AI, and turns earned points into play time in educational games.

Videos are played through YouTube’s own player and remain subject to YouTube’s terms. AI marking is a learning aid, not an exam or a grade, and it can make mistakes. KidseAI is not a substitute for school or for professional advice about your child.

Free use, the free trial and the subscription

You can use KidseAI for free with daily limits. The subscription, one plan with everything included, removes those limits.

The three-day free trial begins when you add a card. Before you add it, the price and the date of the first charge are shown on the screen. If you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription starts on that date and renews every month until you cancel.

• Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
• The current price is always shown in the app before anything is charged.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the subscription. When you subscribe, you buy from Paddle, Paddle’s terms of sale apply to the purchase, and Paddle issues the invoice and handles taxes. KidseAI never sees your full card number.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the parent area, in one step. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then.

Refund requests are handled through Paddle under its refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.

Invitations, rewards and points

You can earn free time by inviting other families. A reward is given only after the invited family has genuinely used KidseAI, and after a short waiting period.

Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. We may withdraw rewards obtained through fake accounts or other abuse.

Using KidseAI fairly

To keep KidseAI safe for every child, you agree that you and your household will not:

• share the account with people outside your household, or sell access to it;
• record, harass or upset other players, or try to contact them outside KidseAI;
• copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, artwork or software;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the service;
• try to get around safety features, parental controls or limits.

Voice rooms

Voice chat is off by default and only works with your permission, in rooms created from invite links. Parents are responsible for who they invite. Any child can mute a voice instantly, and parents can block. We may mute, end a session or suspend an account to protect children.

Content and ownership

The KidseAI software, games, characters, artwork and lesson materials belong to KidseAI or its licensors. We give your household a personal, non-commercial right to use them through the service while your account is open. Videos belong to their creators and are shown through YouTube.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or that puts children at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

You can close your account at any time from the parent area. What happens to your data when you do is described in our privacy notice.

Changes to the service and to these terms

KidseAI keeps changing: lessons and games are added, improved and sometimes removed. If we make an important change to these terms, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account.

Liability

We work hard to keep KidseAI available, accurate and safe, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection given by the law of the country you live in.
